The jam version is now a demo version - Full release prep

We have started work again on the full version of the game, hopefully coming as a fully release to an itch.io near you soon!

Changes:

• Changed the jam version on the itch page to a demo version of the full game.
• Removed the windows download version (sorry for those that used it, it was incomplete and slightly buggy)
• Changed the opening text
• added logo
• Infinite ammo (soon to have added optional hard mode)
• Infinite lives (soon to be replaced with 10 lives)
• Removed jumping minigame - It didn't work at all, games jams 🤷‍♂️
• Remove limitless mode from the settings menu and itch page - to go along with the infinite health / ammo changes.
• Fixed canvas scaling to work vertically, although this wont effect the current release.
• Finally added the new logo.
